Mozzarella Cheese - Cheezly

So if you have watched my what I ate in a day video on youtube, you will know that I recently went to Holland and Barretts and picked up a few bits and one of the bits was Cheezly Mozzarella cheese which was amazing on pizza!

RRP for this is about £2.60 but you can find it cheaper online. I would totally recommend giving this a try if you are looking for a mozzarella cheese that will melt and go stretchy.

The cheese does have a little bit of an odd smell but after a while you get used it it. I find that with most vegan products though and you cannot judge it against cheese that has caused an animal suffering and is full of pus and antibiotics.

I put mine of top of a homemade pizza and it was perfect. It was a nice consistency, it melted well and it tasted good. Not sure I would want to eat this just one it own though say with some sliced tomatoes as it does look a little odd too but who knows maybe I will give that a go soon and love that too!
