Cycling. The sport every Vegan seems to do


Being a vegan and cycling seems to get you so much stick and I really don't know why. Maybe it is because "every" vegan seems to cycle. But what is wrong with that if they do?


Cycling and veganism go hand in hand. Two of the three main reasons for going vegan are benefited by cycling. The environment and your health. Cycling helps you reduce your carbon footprint as well as improve your fitness level without being too hard on your joints.


Cycling is also a lovely way to exercise and get in touch with nature. You can bike beside rivers, through woods and up mountains. You get to explore the world in a way that is quite difficult walking, running or in the car.


Don't be hating on the happy healthy vegans and their cycling. Grab a bike and join in. Be the change you want to see in the world.
